The commercial law firm we had hoped to join did not exist, so we decided to establish it ourselves.
Our founding year tells you how long we have been in business, but not how we conduct it. We take a solution-oriented and exacting approach to thinking and working. A deep entrepreneurial understanding, a focus on strategic solutions, and personal interactions on equal terms – these are values we share – and agreed on – when we founded our firm in 2014.

Founding Year
Philipp Dumfarth and Simon Klausberger established the firm in 2014, choosing offices in downtown Linz. They set the values that they believe a commercial law firm should uphold, and have adhered to these values from day one.

Partners
Stefan Ettmayer joined Philipp Dumfarth and Simon Klausberger in 2015, with Philipp Freimann following in 2018. In the same year, all four partners merged to create DUMFARTH KLAUSBERGER Rechtsanwälte GmbH & Co KG.

Renovation
With faces, old and new, flocking to the Linz offices, the firm's growth began to show: The space grew increasingly cramped, prompting the renovation and expansion of the Stelzhamerstrasse premises.

Growth
The firm's reputation began to precede it. A steady influx of new clients joined the roster of long-standing client partnerships. The number of legal staff grew to double digits, with additional hires strengthening the administrative team.

Anniversary
In 2024, we celebrated our 10th anniversary with over 20 employees and nine lawyers specializing in commercial law. We rebranded as DKFE Rechtsanwälte GmbH and, once again, expanded our premises.

Future
We are proud of all that we have accomplished together so far. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has been part of our journey, for their trust and close cooperation. We look forward to the great things that lie ahead.
